I just found a great deal on the web that I want to pass onto you all.  Don’t walk, but RUN to Godaddy and get your domain for $1.99.  Did you read that right? Any .com for $1.99 works for .net too.  What your going to do is sign up for your domain name for 1 year, and but don’t get their hosting.  You just want their domain name.  It can be a little tricky.  Just read everything.  When you get to the “checkout” your going to put in 199test as the coupon code!  That’s it! You’ll see the total with tax is $2.12  How can you go wrong?

Then your going to go over to  http://www.000webhost.com  and setup your free webhosting account.  You can even have wordpress on this place.  It meets all the requirements.  Once you set up an account here, you will find the nameservers in your cpanel, and that’s what you would put in at godaddy to direct your new domain name! To find where to input the nameservers go to godaddy My Account > Domain Manager > Your Domain > Name Servers.

One more thing.  It’s automatically set to “auto renew” on godaddy.  You might want to change that unless you want it for longer than a year.

Can you beat a subscription to a magazine for $3.00 for 1 year?! OMG!! It’s normally $8.00, but there is a $5.00 off coupon when you order through Amazon.  Makes it $3.00 for 1 year, and if your a BIG fan of the magazine you might want to do the TWO years for $7.00 cause who knows if they will have the SAME offer next year.  Either way it’s a great deal.. ESQUIRE.  The One year for $3.00 brings it to like $.25 each.  That’s less than shipping!!

Oh and for those who are or maybe not familiar with the magazine, there are a LOT of ads in it.. that is probably how they could POSSIBLY give it away so cheaply.. But many ads are perfume ads.  If you can’t stand the smelly ads, after you sign up go to their site and you can actually chose to change your subscription over to the non smelly ones :)  I thought that was funny.. but it’s great they give you the option!
